A message dated June 16, 2009, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
      HOUSE BILL NO. 93                                                                                                         
      "An Act relating to unwanted telephone solicitations on a cellular                                                        
      or mobile telephone and making those calls to cellular or mobile                                                          
      telephones registered with the national do not call registry                                                              
      violations of the Alaska Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer
